Rubbermaid Commercial Products® Limited Warranty
Rubbermaid Commercial Products® are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. Should your Rubbermaid Commercial product prove to be defective in its materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, simply return it to the place of purchase, along with your proof of purchase or contact Rubbermaid Commercial Products® on Toll Free (AUS): 1800 331 491. You will then be advised as to whether you are entitled to a refund, repair or a replacement. This warranty does not cover nondurable components, product abuse, modification, failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions, improper operation or misuse and excludes shipping and handling charges.
In addition to any warranty we provide, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
